A jury convicted defendant-appellant Jairo Giraldo Parra of conspiracy to possess cocaine and heroin with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 846; and possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He was also convicted under the "principals" statute, 18 U.S.C. § 2. Defendant was sentenced to 151 months of incarceration.
